How to Order Custom Phone Grips: A Step-by-Step Checklist

Ordering custom phone grips for the first time can feel like it involves more decisions than it actually does. In practice, most orders come down to five inputs, and once you have them ready, the whole process from quote to delivery moves quickly.

Here is the checklist we walk every new customer through.

1. Gather your artwork

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) produce the cleanest print. If you only have a PNG, a photo of a printed logo, or no logo at all, that’s fine — our designers can recreate it print-ready at no charge as part of your free mockup.

2. Pick a style

Round and Square are the standard, lowest-cost options and fit most logos well. Choose Mirror for a premium gift, Glow-in-the-Dark for an evening event, or the Wallet Grip Plus Card Holder when you want the giveaway to double as a functional card sleeve.

3. Confirm your quantity

Our minimum is 100 units. Round up to your next volume-pricing tier if you’re close to a breakpoint — the per-unit savings usually outweigh the cost of a slightly larger order, and it’s cheaper than a rushed reorder later.

4. Set your deadline

Standard production is about 10 business days from an approved mockup. Build in the mockup-and-revision window on top of that, and order at least three to four weeks ahead of a firm event date to leave margin for shipping.

5. Approve your mockup

We send a photo-real mockup within 24 hours of your quote request. Revisions are free and unlimited until you sign off — production only begins once you approve.
